Using HELIOVISION™ Flame Technology, this model produces digitally rendered flames that remain visually consistent from every viewing angle.

The Orion Multi supports single-sided, corner, or bay-style installations, allowing it to integrate into a wide range of modern residential and commercial interiors. Multiple flame styles, color combinations, and integrated sound effects allow precise ambiance control, while high-output heating is available when hardwired.

Now available in Version 1 and Version 2 variants — V2 features an upgraded LCD display with sharper contrast, deeper blacks, adaptive brightness, enhanced TruWood™ lit logs, an active ember bed, Bluetooth audio streaming, and the Modern Flames+ app with over-the-air flame updates.

Unlike standard LED flame effects that look flat or distorted from the side, HELIOVISION produces multi-dimensional flames that stay visually consistent from any viewing angle. On the Orion Slim, that means the flame holds up whether you're viewing it head-on or from across the room

What is the difference between V1 and V2?

Both run the same HELIOVISION flame technology and heating system. V2 upgrades the display with sharper contrast, deeper blacks, and adaptive brightness, and adds enhanced TruWood lit logs, an active ember bed, Bluetooth audio streaming, and the Modern Flames+ app, which supports over-the-air flame style updates without requiring hardware changes.

What installation configurations does the Orion Multi support?

Three: front-facing, left or right corner, and bay. It can be wall-mounted, partially recessed, or fully recessed. Full recess requires 9 inches of wall depth. Partial recess requires 2.63 inches. Available in five sizes from 52 to 120 inches wide.

How much heat does it produce?

The Orion Multi has two heat levels: 5,000 BTU on low and 10,000 BTU on high when hardwired. The thermostat regulates between 66°F and 88°F. Rated for spaces up to 450 sq. ft. as a supplemental heat source. The flame runs independently and can be used year-round without heat.

How do you control the Orion Multi?

Through touch controls on the unit, the included remote, or the Modern Flames app via Wi-Fi. The app handles scheduling, thermostat control, and flame customization. V2 adds the Modern Flames+ app with over-the-air flame updates.

What makes the Orion Multi different from the Orion Slim?

The Multi is a three-sided fireplace, viewable from the front and both sides, making it suited for open layouts, room dividers, or corner installations. The Slim is front-facing only and designed for shallower wall construction where a full three-sided view is not needed.
