All transactions are processed securely and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Shop Pay Installments
Estimated payments exclude taxes and shipping. Rates range from 0–36% APR. Subject to eligibility check and approval. Financing is provided by Shop Pay’s lending partners. Options vary by purchase amount, product eligibility, and customer approval. A down payment may be required. Please refer to the product page or checkout for applicable financing options.
The Fireplace USA does not determine eligibility, approval decisions, or financing terms.
Payment Authorization
Full payment or approved financing is required at checkout. Orders are not processed or reserved until payment has been successfully authorized.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or is flagged for review.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and state regulations.
At this time, sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to Wyoming.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

- Orders suspected of fraud will be cancelled and refunded.
