At The Fireplace USA, we strive to offer the most competitive pricing permitted by our manufacturers. If you find the same product advertised for less by an authorized online retailer, we may match or beat the price where permitted.

Price matching is not available on all brands due to manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm eligibility.

How to Request a Price Match

Requests must be submitted before placing your order.

Please submit a request using our Price Match Request Form, and include:

• A direct product URL

• A screenshot of the checkout page showing the final price (optional)
  

Our team will review your request and confirm whether a price match or price beat is possible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The competitor must be an authorized online dealer of the brand.

• The product must be the exact same brand and model.

• The item must be new, unused, and in stock at the competitor at the time of verification.

• The advertised price must be publicly available and reflect the final checkout price (excluding sales tax).

The following are not eligible:

• Marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Overstock)

• Auction sites

• Clearance, liquidation, open-box, or demo items

• Private quotes, membership pricing, or unpublished offers

• Promotional bundles, rebates, gift cards, or limited-time event pricing

Only one price match request may be applied per order.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Compliance

We cannot match or beat prices that violate manufacturer MAP policies. Some brands do not permit price matching under any circumstances.

Price Beat

For eligible products over $2,000, we may beat a verified price by up to $50, where permitted by the manufacturer.

Approved price matches cannot be combined with additional discounts, coupon codes, or promotions.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

• Rebates, bundle offers, gift cards, or “buy one get one” promotions

• Limited-time promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

• Pricing errors or typographical mistakes

All price match requests are subject to verification and final approval at our discretion.
