How to Request a Price Match (Before Purchase)
If you find a lower price for the same product:

Our team will review your request and confirm whether a price match or price beat is possible.
Price Match Eligibility
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer of the brand.

The price must be from an online store (physical retail store pricing is not eligible).

The product must be:

The exact same brand and model
-
New, unused, and non-refurbished

In stock at the competitor at the time of verification

The competitor’s price must be the final checkout price, excluding sales tax.

The price cannot come from:

Auction sites

Discounters or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Overstock)

Clearance, liquidation, open-box, or demo listings

The lower price must be publicly advertised

Prices offered via phone, email, private quotes, or memberships are not eligible

Only one price match request per order is allowed
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Compliance
Many of our manufacturers enforce strict MAP policies.

We cannot match or beat prices below MAP, even if another retailer advertises lower.

If a competitor is violating MAP, we may report the violation but cannot honor the price.

Some brands do not allow price matching at all. Always check with our team before purchasing.
Price Beat Value

For products priced over $2,000, we may beat a verified eligible price by up to $50, where allowed.

Once a price match or price beat is approved:

No additional discounts, coupon codes, or promotions may be applied

Other promotions or deals are not eligible

Exclusions & Special Conditions
The Price Match Policy does not apply to:

Rebates, bundle offers, gift cards, or “buy one get one” promotions
