Built on the visual performance of the popular Ignite XL Bold, the Ignite Evolve enhances realism with upgraded decorative media, including lifelike driftwood logs molded from real wood and a premium mix of acrylic crystals and tumbled glass.

Designed for true design flexibility, the Ignite Evolve can be fully recessed into 2 × 6 walls or partially recessed into 2 × 4 walls with an optional trim kit. Multiple control options—including a handheld remote, touch controls, and the Flame Connect App—make it easy to customize flame color, brightness, speed, and heat. With ventless electric operation and all-season flame functionality, it delivers sophisticated ambiance year-round without the complexity of gas or wood fireplaces.

What is Flame Connect?

Flame Connect is Dimplex's app for compatible fireplaces. Control flame speed, color, brightness, and heat settings from your phone or tablet. Set schedules, save mood presets, and monitor performance remotely. The app pairs over Wi-Fi and syncs across devices.

On supported models, the built-in ambient light sensor works with the app to adjust brightness automatically.

What is Multi-Fire?

Multi-Fire is Dimplex's proprietary flame technology, built to deliver a realistic fire experience without the hassle of a traditional fireplace. Layered color, depth, and motion work together with a driftwood and crystal media bed to produce reflections and movement that shift with each setting.

Comfort$aver heating covers spaces up to 1,000 sq. ft. efficiently, and the flame runs independently of heat so you get ambiance year-round, on demand.

Does the Ignite Evolve require much upkeep?

Not much. Keep the glass and vents dust-free with a soft cloth and do a quick debris check once a year. LEDs, media, and all internal components are long-life and front-accessible, so any servicing is straightforward.

Can I mount a TV above the unit?

Yes. As an electric unit it produces significantly less heat than gas or wood, making it safer for electronics. Keep a minimum of 10 to 12 inches of clearance between the top of the unit and the bottom of your TV.
