Can the Amantii BI-72-SLIM be installed outdoors?

Yes. The BI-72-SLIM is rated for outdoor installation in areas protected from direct water impingement, with a rain-protection overhang covering at least half the unit's height on the front and each side. For outdoor or moisture-intense placements, Amantii requires the stainless-steel PAN-COVER accessory, and proof of purchase of the cover is required for any outdoor warranty claim.

Can the Amantii BI-72-SLIM go in a bathroom?

Yes, provided it's on a GFCI-protected circuit or receptacle and installed away from showers, tubs, or anywhere water could enter the unit. The BI-72-SLIM is not watertight, so placement still needs to prevent direct water exposure even with GFCI protection in place.

What's the minimum mantel clearance for the BI-72-SLIM?

4 inches minimum, measured from the trim, when a mantel is installed above the BI-72-SLIM. Combustible facing material is allowed on the wall around the unit; the 4-inch clearance applies specifically to the mantel above it.

Is the glass on the BI-72-SLIM covered under warranty?

No. Amantii's limited warranty excludes tray, front, and back glass on Panorama and Symmetry-series units, including the BI-72-SLIM. The 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects on the rest of the unit.
